Cheddar is a semi-hard, fatty and medium moisture cheese. This product is prepared with whole Farm Fresh Raw Goat and Sheep Milk, acidified by lactic bacteria cultures and coagulated by rennet. The body is orange color and a firm-textured, smooth texture.
