1) FROZEN FRESH GOAT MILK = Milk is Bottled and Frozen Quickly within the first 48 Hours that is is milked from out Goat Ladies. (Makes for best thawing and consistency) This method is a GREAT way for many who travel long ways to get fresh raw milk.
--- For Traveling-- KEEP on ICE - Then -- KEEP in your freezer (up to 4 months) until needed. THAW by placing 1 container submirsed in COLD water in a kitchen sink overnight - then transfer to your refrigerator that morning. SHAKE WELL or use a immersion blender to regain milk consistency.
2) FROZEN GOAT MILK 4PETS = Milk is quick chilled and stored for up to 3 days for delivery to our Stores and Subscribers. ON THE Morning of Day 4 (after milk is expressed from the Goat Ladies) We choose to Freeze it for Future use for Pets - Animals in need of Goat Milk. THIS Milk is NOT always consistant in the thawing process - it may seperate at times - but can be easily blended together again. -----IF this milk chooses to "Curdle/Seperate" during the thawing process - it is still safe- but we reccomend only using the curds for your pet. (the whey on its own can cause loose bowels)
